Three files in. One link out. About forty-eight hours in between.

There is no onboarding call you have to survive and no software for your team to learn. You send three things, we build the layout, you start sharing it.

§ 01 — What to send

Everything we need to start.

If you have all three, we can begin today. If you are missing one, tell us which — there is usually a way around it.

01

The layout drawing

A CAD file (DWG or DXF) or a clear PDF of the sanctioned layout, with plot numbers and dimensions legible. This is what we trace every boundary from.

  • DWG, DXF or vector PDF is ideal
  • A scanned sheet works, with a redraw
02

A Google Maps pin

Drop a pin on the site entrance and share the link. That single coordinate is what lets us georeference the plan onto satellite imagery and power the directions button.

  • A shared Maps link is enough
  • Corner coordinates help, not required
03

Your branding

Logo in PNG or SVG, your brand colour, and the project name as you want it printed. The viewer is dressed in your identity, not ours.

  • Transparent PNG or SVG logo
  • A hex colour, or we pull it from the logo
Only have a paper print or a photo of the sheet? Send it anyway. We will tell you honestly whether it is traceable as-is, or quote you for a CAD redraw before anything starts.
§ 02 — What we do

Four steps, and you are only involved in two of them.

01

We trace the plots

Every boundary is drawn as a real polygon, not a clickable rectangle sitting on an image. Irregular shapes, corner cuts, splayed frontages and odd road-facing edges all carry their true geometry, which is what lets dimensions and areas be accurate rather than decorative.

02

We pin it to the earth

Using your map pin and visible features on the ground — the approach road, a boundary wall, a nullah — the plan is scaled, rotated to true north and locked onto satellite imagery. Once it is georeferenced, GPS, directions and the satellite view all work without further setup.

03

You confirm the data

We import your areas, rates and current statuses from whatever sheet you already keep, then send you a private preview. You check the numbers against your own records and tell us what is wrong. This is the only step where we need an hour of your time.

04

You get the link

We apply your branding, publish, and hand you the URL plus a QR code for the site hoarding. From then on your team edits statuses from the CRM and the public link follows along — nothing to re-export, re-upload or re-share, ever.

§ 03 — After it is live

The part most people underestimate.

A layout is not a brochure you print once. It changes every week, and the whole point is that changing it costs you nothing.

What you change yourself, instantly

  • Plot status — available, hold, booked, reserved, sold
  • Rates, per plot or across a whole zone
  • Labels, facing notes and vastu tags
  • Photos and video on any plot or zone
  • Whether buyers see inventory at all

What we change for you

  • A revised layout drawing or a re-plotted block
  • Splitting or merging plots after a sanction change
  • A new phase added onto the same map
  • Re-georeferencing after a boundary correction

Minor corrections in the first month are on us. After that, a change round is a clearly priced add-on — never a surprise.

Step zero

Send us the drawing. We will tell you what it needs.

A free look at your sheet before any money changes hands — we will say plainly whether it is ready to trace.
